Deposits & Final Payment Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order and begin the design or refurbishment process. This deposit covers materials and initial labor.

Final Balance Due: Once your item is completed and final photos are provided, the remaining balance, plus shipping, is due within seven calendar days of the invoice date.

Shipping: Custom items will not be shipped, delivered, or released until the final balance is paid in full.

Abandoned Items & Forfeiture: If the final balance is not paid within 21 days of completion, and no alternative arrangements have been made in writing, the order will be considered abandoned. The customer forfeits the initial deposit, and Sheri's Crystal Designs reserves the right to resell, rework, or repurpose the item.
