Using an ornately detailed antique girandole bobeche for the top, this wind chime is saturated with beautiful red crystal hearts...for the Valentine!
 
There are three layers of crystal bead and prism strands surrounding the bobeche, using Austrian and Czech crystals in ruby, red, and bordeaux mixed with clear and touches of gold, champagne, and antique brass beads and prisms.  There are 25 crystal strands, each holding a lovely red crystal heart, and five crystal strands holding antique notched arrowhead lead crystal spear prisms for a lovely melody in a breeze.  The center strand holds a large puffy red crystal heart.
 
Hang this in a sunny window and be mesmerized by its sparkle!  In nice weather, hang this outdoors for sparkle and melody!
