The brass bobeche is painted St. Tropez and is embellished with crystal beads in shades of aqua.  The piece is surrounded with 37 strands of crystal beads and prisms in varying shades of aqua, including dark aqua, aquamarine, light aqua, opal aqua, etc.  
 
Attached to the strands are vintage opal aqua rain drop crystal prisms, opal aquamarine teardrop crystal prisms, light aqua crystal teardrop prisms, aquamarine rectangular crystal prisms, long handblown aqua crystal raindrop prisms, and the loveliest antique etched rectangular lead crystal prisms.  These produce a soft, dainty melody.  The center strand holds a beautiful faceted aqua crystal ball.
